This study aimed to evaluate the status and level of school health care services in primary and secondary education schools across three main regions in Libya: Sabratha, Sorman, and Zawiya. The primary goal was to determine the quality of infrastructure and the efficiency of the services provided. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, applying a questionnaire to a random sample representing the health and administrative staff in the schools. The results showed a noticeable deficiency in the infrastructure level of school health units, particularly concerning basic medical equipment and tools. Furthermore, the study revealed variations in the efficiency of health services provided among the three regions, with some areas recording lower levels of qualified staff availability and health awareness programs. The study recommended increasing budget allocations for developing and equipping school health units, intensifying training courses for health personnel, and unifying school health service standards nationally.
