Instructions for authors
1. General Guidelines

Manuscripts must be original and not previously published or submitted for consideration to any other journal.

The primary language of publication is English or Arabic.

All submissions must be prepared using the official SJPHRT manuscript template to ensure proper formatting and layout.
2. Manuscript Preparation and Formatting

File Format: All manuscripts must be submitted as a Microsoft Word (.docx) file.

Font: Use Arial for the title, author names, and affiliations. Use Times New Roman for the abstract and the main body of the text.

Paper Title: Arial, 16 pt

Author Names and Affiliations: Arial, 12 pt

Abstract and Main Text: Times New Roman, 10 pt

Spacing: All text should be single-spaced.

Headings: Use the styles provided in the template for all headings to ensure consistency.

Corresponding Author: The corresponding author must be designated with an asterisk (*) and their email address must be included.
3. Manuscript Structure Your manuscript should be organized in the following order:

Title: Concise and informative, accurately reflecting the content of the paper.

Author(s) and Affiliation(s): Include the full names and affiliations of all authors.

Abstract: A single paragraph summary of the entire paper, not exceeding 250 words. The abstract should include the purpose, basic design, key results, and main conclusions. Do not include citations in the abstract.

Keywords: A list of relevant keywords to improve discoverability.

Introduction: Provide a clear background for the study, including a brief literature review and the objectives of your research.

Materials and Methods: Describe the experimental procedures in sufficient detail to allow other researchers to replicate the work. Include ethical statements if applicable (e.g., IRB approval).

Results: Present your findings clearly and concisely, using figures and tables as needed.

Discussion: Interpret your results in the context of previous research and discuss the implications of your findings.

Conclusion: A concise summary of the study's outcomes, and how this work benefits society. The conclusion should be distinct from the abstract and can be started with a 1-2 sentence summary of the study's outcome.

References: All references must be formatted according to the APA 7th edition style.
4. Tables and Figures

Tables and figures should be embedded directly within the text at the appropriate location.
-
Each table and figure must be numbered consecutively and have a clear title.
5. Ethics and Disclosure

Plagiarism: The journal has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. All submitted work will be checked for originality.

Conflict of Interest: Authors must declare any financial or personal relationships that could be construed as a conflict of interest.

Authorship: All authors must have made a significant contribution to the research and the manuscript.
6. Submission Process

Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal's online submission system or to the designated email address.

A cover letter is recommended, but not mandatory, to briefly introduce the manuscript and its significance.
