الملخص

تعد بكتيريا العقدية المقيحة (Streptococcus pyogenes) المسببة للمجموعة (A) من المكورات العقدية عاملاً شائعاً لالتهاب الحلق، مع احتمالية حدوث مضاعفات خطيرة بعد العدوى مثل الحمى الروماتيزمية والتهاب كبيبات الكلى. يُعد الكشف المخبري الدقيق عن أضداد الستربتوليزين O (ASO) أمراً حاسماً للتشخيص والإدارة السريرية. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء جهازي التحليل الآلي Mispa i2 وIchroma مقارنة بطريقة تراص اللاتكس اليدوية التقليدية في قياس عيارات ASO. أُجريت دراسة مقطعية على 20 عينة مصل من مرضى يعانون من أعراض تشير إلى عدوى عقدية. أشارت النتائج إلى أن جهاز Mispa i2 أظهر أعلى كفاءة تشخيصية، حيث حدد 16 حالة إيجابية (80%)، يليه نظام Ichroma بـ 13 حالة (65%)، بينما حدد اختبار اللاتكس السريع 12 حالة (60%). تشير النتائج إلى أن جهاز Mispa i2 يوفر دقة تشخيصية وبساطة وقابلية تكرار فائقة، مما يجعله خياراً مناسباً لتقدير عيارات ASO بشكل روتيني في مختبرات علم الأحياء الدقيقة السريرية.
